Information on the Earth

Hey guys, welcome to my Information on Earth blog. Hope you guys enjoy it.

                                                                                Earth

The distance from Earth to the sun is  93 million miles or 149.6 million km. Earth is 4.543 billion years old. Earth is the fifth largest planet in the solar system and the densest. The highest place on Earth is Mount Everest.

Earth is the only planet that has liquid water on its surface. When viewed from outer space much of the Earth’s surface cannot be seen because of clouds of water vapour.

The third planet from the Sun is Earth. Earth orbits round the Sun it tilts very slightly and so it gives us the seasons. 1.3 million Earths could fit inside the sun! The core of Earth is about as hot as the sun.
100 times per second lightning hits Earth or 8.6 Million times per day.

According to the WWF Earth lost 40% of its wildlife in the past 40 years. If the earth didn't have the moon, our days would only be 6 hours long. Humans can use only about .003 percent of the water on Earth. Oceans cover 71% of the Earth's surface. There are approximately 3.04 trillion trees on earth.

64.3 million moons could fit inside the sun.

Ludwig Van Beethoven

Hey guys and welcome to another one of my blogs! This time I’m doing a blog about Ludwig Van Beethoven. See you there!

                                 Ludwig Van Beethoven

Ludwig van Beethoven was born in Bonn, Germany in 1770. This German composer who played the violin and also the piano was known to be one of the greatest musicians of all time. His childhood was hard because of his father’s strict discipline and alcohol problems. Beethoven’s mother died when he was 18 years old so Beethoven had became the head of the family, taking care for his two younger brothers.

Beethoven
When he moved to Vienna, Austria, his two younger brothers came with him. Beethoven stayed in Vienna from 1792 and for the rest of his life. Early in the 1800s, Beethoven’s hearing started to fade out. However, Beethoven did not suffer from his hearing loss but instead gained in richness and power over the years.

Playing the piano

Beethoven was never married. Beethoven died on March 26, 1827, at the age of 56, the cause of his death was post-hepatitic cirrhosis of the liver.  He also created a piece of music called Fur Elise. (Um…….. Not to brag AGAIN but I can play it)
